Position Overview

Hanna Hothouses Ltd, a well-established greenhouse operation in the sunny Tasman region, is hiring! We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team to help harvest cherry tomatoes and telegraph cucumbers and prepare for planting new crops.

Key Details:

• Start Date: Approx. December 2, 2024
• End Date: February 28, 2025
• Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $24/hour + 8% holiday pay
• Duration: Ideally 3+ months, but all dates will be considered
• Training: Full training provided

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Ability to differentiate between red and green (colorblindness is disqualifying).
• Must already be in the Nelson/Tasman region for on-site interviews.
• Valid Working Holiday Visa with NZ bank account and IRD number (SSE visas not accepted).
• Must have own transport.
