Position 1: Precast Concrete Factory Worker

Work Schedule: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Compensation: Hourly pay based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pouring and setting concrete products.
  • Stripping and preparing steel molds.
  • Bending and tying reinforcing steel.
  • Finishing concrete products.
  • Preparing orders for delivery.
  • Forklift operation and other varied tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Concrete experience preferred but not essential (training provided).

Position 2: Engineer/Welder

Work Schedule: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Compensation: Hourly pay based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welding and bending/welding reinforcing steel cages.
  • Manufacturing and maintaining molds.
  • Following detailed plans and instructions.
  • Prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and managing time effectively.
  • Ensuring high attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Position 3: Supervisor – Precast Concrete (Foreman)

Work Schedule: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Compensation: Hourly pay based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on supervision of production workshop operations.
  • Managing quality assurance, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Reading and working to detailed plans/drawings.
  • Overseeing production, coordinating people, plant, and equipment.
  • Training new employees to meet high-quality standards.
  • Conducting pre-pour inspections and ensuring manufacturing quality.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in precast concrete or a related industry.
  • Leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Practical experience in precast concrete (BCITO qualification is a plus).
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
  • Forklift License, Car License, and Class 2 Truck License are advantageous.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling physical tasks.
