Your Contribution

As a Remote Freelance English Writer, you may contribute to AI training in the following ways:

1. Reading and ranking AI responses: Evaluate and rank text generated by AI models.
2. Writing and rewriting prompts: Create and refine text, often requiring research and fact-checking.
3. Assessing content: Analyze the factual accuracy, style, and relevance of AI-generated text.

Skills and Expertise

We are looking for individuals with:

• Professional writing or editing experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a writing-related field (preferred from selective institutions).
• Strong writing style, exceptional English spelling and grammar, and excellent reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses in text.

Payment and Rates

• Hourly rates for core project work range from $25 to $59 NZD.
• Rates vary based on expertise, skills, location, and project needs. Advanced degrees (e.g., PhDs) may qualify for higher rates.
• Lower rates may apply for initial onboarding or non-core work, with opportunities for incentive payments on certain projects.
• Payment terms will be outlined for each specific project.
