Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs and preferences, building trust-based relationships through exceptional service. Your responsibilities include providing after-sales support, conducting market research, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Engage in daily showroom activities, assist walk-in customers, and handle inquiries.

Daily Schedule
8:30 AM: Morning meeting, preparation for showroom opening
9:00 AM: Showroom opens, customer service activities begin
12:00 PM: Lunch break
1:00 PM: Sales activities continue
4:00 PM: Documentation and administrative tasks
6:30 PM: Prepare for work closure

Compensation and Perks
Monthly salary ranges from ¥230,000 to ¥300,000, including fixed overtime pay (16.5 hours/¥22,000–¥32,000). Excess overtime is paid separately. Salary increases and bonuses are based on performance, with additional incentive programs. Annual salary examples include ¥3,260,000 for a 25-year-old employee and ¥4,260,000 for a 35-year-old employee, including bonuses and allowances. Other benefits include transportation expenses, social insurance, retirement benefits, health checkups, vaccination assistance, and discounts for vehicle maintenance and parts.

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational background is not required. New graduates and candidates with customer service or sales experience are preferred. A standard driver’s license is mandatory. Ideal candidates have enthusiasm for cars, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward learning and growth.

Holidays and Time Off
Weekly days off are shift-based, with 105 annual holidays according to the company calendar. Special leaves include Golden Week (7 days), summer vacation (7 days), New Year holidays (8 days), and maternity and childcare leave.
