On the direction of The Chief Ministry, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Minister for Health namely Syed Qasim Ali Shah has requested The Secretary Health and DG Health to provide a separate room for transgender. On March 01, 2024 vide order No. PS/Minister/Health/2024 issued the following direction;

Provide Separate Room/BEd with privacy for the Transgenders in All Divisional Hospitals i.e. D.I Khan, Bannu,j Kohat, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mansehra, and Swat for their health facilities to avoid any untoward situation.
