Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide food and water for pets in care Conduct health checks and oversee general animal husbandry Supervise groups of dogs, managing their behaviors to ensure overall well-being and safety Deliver enrichment through play and scheduled activities Regularly clean and maintain the facility to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety Build and maintain rapport with pet owners through feedback and transparency Create and share media content for pet owners, including videos and photos Handle daily administration tasks, such as responding to inquiries via email and phone, record-keeping, and entering information into our booking systems
Animal Attendant Key Requirements:
Availability on weekends and during school holiday periods Demonstrated drive and a strong work ethic, as the role can be demanding and physical Attention to detail and a keen eye for observation Ability to thrive in a team environment Adherence to routines, policies, and procedures Preferred previous experience working with animals
