Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the care facility, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate facility staff, conducting work and shift management to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
  • Service Quality: Ensure that all services provided meet the needs and preferences of residents, maintaining excellent standards of care.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle income management related to facility operations, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain close and respectful communication with residents and their families, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Additional Care Duties: Assist with care tasks as needed to support residents, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.

Comprehensive Training Program

Upon joining CNC Corporation, you will undergo a structured training program tailored to your experience level:

  • Experienced Candidates: 3 to 6 months of training, including hands-on management experience at existing facilities.
  • Inexperienced Candidates: Approximately 1 year of training, covering company operations, practical nursing care, non-nursing care tasks, and management skills.

Training includes:

  • Company and Industry Overview: Understanding CNC Corporation’s mission, values, and the nursing care business.
  • Practical Care Training: Techniques for physical care and assistance to residents.
  • Administrative Training: Procedures for interacting with hospitals, government offices, and managing facility operations.
  • Management Skills: Budget management, setting sales targets, and effective staff supervision.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: No specific educational background required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; however, experience in care-related roles is a plus.
  • Licenses: Standard driver’s license required.
  • Personal Attributes:

Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive Salary: ¥230,000–¥300,000 per month, including fixed overtime pay (16.5 hours/¥22,000–¥32,000). Excess overtime is paid separately.
  • Bonuses: Twice a year, approximately 2 months’ worth based on performance.
  • Allowances: Commuting expenses, night shift allowance of ¥8,000 per shift.

  • Weekly Offs: 2 days per week (shift-based).

  • Additional Leave: Maternity leave, childcare leave, and nursing care leave available.
