Key Responsibilities
- Production Preparation: Plan and execute production processes, including SE (Simultaneous Engineering), welding jig design, and process design for arc welding.
- Welding Technology Development: Innovate new welding methods and techniques for high-value chassis parts.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality management, ensuring processes meet Toyota’s high standards.
- Prototyping and Evaluation: Collaborate from product design to mass production to ensure product feasibility and performance.

Experience Required:
- Development of production technology and preparation for arc welding processes in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
