Available Positions

We have multiple roles available across various civil construction sites. We are looking for skilled professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Pipelayers – Experience in laying pipes for drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure.
2. Civil Leading Hands – Supervisory roles for those with strong leadership skills and prior experience.
3. Civil Labourers – General labouring tasks including site preparation, material handling, and assisting operators.
4. Roller Operators – Skilled roller operators with experience in roadworks and compaction activities.

Key Responsibilities for Civil Operators and Pipelayers 

The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a range of tasks specific to their roles, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of civil construction activities. Some of the primary responsibilities include:

For Pipelayers:

• Installation of stormwater, sewer, and water pipes according to site specifications.
• Trenching and excavation work to prepare for pipe laying.
• Ensuring proper alignment and sealing of pipes to prevent leaks and structural issues.
• Working closely with civil engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with plans.

Civil Leading Hands:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers on site.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Previous experience in civil construction, pipelaying, operating machinery, or general labouring is highly desirable.
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Construction White Card (mandatory).
  • Relevant machinery tickets and licenses (for operator roles).
