Job Summary

• Job Title: Computer Technician

• Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

• Work Type: On-site only (no remote work available)

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

• Schedule: Daytime shifts, Monday to Friday

• Start Date: Immediate start available

• Wage: $30.80 – $32.80 per hour (negotiable)

• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: English (fluent)

• Education: Diploma or Certificate from a recognized College/CEGEP

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year, but less than 2 years in a related field

Job Responsibilities

As a Computer Technician at Study 2020 Consulting INC, your main responsibilities will include:

• Granting user access to internal networks and systems

• Evaluating and documenting the performance of IT infrastructure

• Offering hands-on support to users facing technical issues

• Maintaining a comprehensive log of issues and their solutions for team reference

• Assisting in software updates and application redesign processes

• Providing end-user support for network, business systems, and Internet services
