Join Our Team at a Plastics Processing Factory in West Gosford!

We are looking for reliable and dedicated factory workers to join our team in West Gosford. If you’re ready for immediate employment and can handle a fast-paced factory environment, this is the role for you!

Key Details:

• Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend overtime.
  • Day Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM (15% shift allowance)
  • Night Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM (30% shift allowance)
  • All candidates will start on the day shift, with the opportunity to move to afternoon or night shifts based on availability and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Forklift License: Current LF forklift license preferred but not required. You must be willing to obtain a forklift license within one month of starting. (This is non-negotiable.)
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 25kg and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
• Attention to Detail: You’ll be expected to quickly learn our processes and follow procedures carefully.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work overtime as needed—please apply only if you’re flexible.
• Duties Include:
  • Monitoring and documenting machine operations.
  • Forklift operation as needed.
  • General housekeeping and factory maintenance.
  • Yard work, granulating, and pallet repairs.
  • Keeping the work environment clean and organized in a fast-paced setting.
