Who We Need:
Challenger is currently seeking enthusiastic, experienced and results-driven Facility Cleaners to join our team, working at various Sydney Trains locations across Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for cleaning jobs in Sydney with flexibility and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside the Transport for NSW – Sydney Trains team to ensure the cleanliness of all designated areas.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks depending on the location, including station cleaning, platform cleaning, and more.
- Assist your teammates in maintaining a safe and clean workplace at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safe work practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service.
What You’ll Need:
- Flexibility to work 7 days a week, including shift work and weekends.
- A good understanding of safety protocols related to the cleaning industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling.
- A current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card or the willingness to obtain one.
- A valid police check and Working with Children Check.
- Good presentation and grooming standards.
- Sound communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
