Location Highlights
Located in the fertile “Golden Triangle” of New South Wales, Bristol Farming spans 18,000 acres, including 14,500 acres of cultivated land around Croppa Creek. The property is ideally situated between Moree and Goondiwindi, only 5-10 kilometers from Croppa Creek, a community offering a local primary school, a mobile preschool, and a general store.
The Role
As a Farm Hand, you’ll be an integral part of the team, engaging in a wide variety of tasks such as sowing, harvesting, and machinery maintenance. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced farming technologies, working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for farming and an eagerness to tackle challenges.
- Can work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and prioritizes safety.
- Is tech-savvy and open to learning about agricultural technologies.
- Possesses basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance.
- Holds an HR Driver’s License and ChemCert certification (or is willing to obtain them).
- Is prepared to work extended hours during busy seasons.
