Responsibilities and Duties

As a Farm Worker, your responsibilities include:

Crop Planting and Cultivation: Engaging in hands-on planting, fertilizing, and irrigating of crops, with a focus on blueberries.
Crop Maintenance: Fertilizing and spraying crops to ensure optimal growth.
Harvesting: Assisting in the timely harvest of blueberries and other produce.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operating farm machinery and performing basic maintenance to support daily farm operations.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position requires work in varied outdoor conditions, including:

Outdoor Setting: The role takes place outside in a dusty, hot, cold, wet/damp, or refrigerated environment depending on the season.
Physical Stamina: The role is physically demanding and involves repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods. Applicants should be able to distinguish between colors and have strong hand-eye coordination.

Skills and Experience

Language Requirement: English.
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience: Prior experience is not necessary as training will be provided, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity.
