About the Role

Diamond Construction is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Covering Supervisor to lead flooring installation teams at our Coquitlam location. Minimum Requirements

🗣 Language: English (must be fluent)
🎓 Education: High school diploma or equivalent
📅 Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in floor installation or related construction work

Primary Responsibilities

As the Floor Covering Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Creating and submitting detailed production and project reports

• Leading and managing flooring crew members

• Planning daily schedules and assigning tasks to workers

• Monitoring the progress of flooring projects to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

• Coordinating apprenticeship programs and hands-on training sessions

• Estimating labor, time, and material requirements for upcoming projects

• Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings

• Procuring and managing necessary tools, equipment, and construction materials
