Key Responsibilities

As a Heavy-Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of multiple properties. Your duties will include:

• Floor Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain cleanliness and shine.
• Waste Removal: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers to remove dirt, debris, and heavy refuse from all areas.
• Window and Wall Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure hygiene and safety.
• Equipment Maintenance: Use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment, including industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Work Setting: You will work in a variety of environments, including office buildings, commercial buildings, residential areas, and construction sites.
• Weather Conditions: The role requires working in all weather conditions, so you must be prepared for outdoor cleaning tasks.
• Physical Requirements: This job is physically demanding. You must be able to handle heavy loads, perform repetitive tasks, and engage in bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Safety Requirements: Steel-toed safety boots are required for the role.

Skills and Qualifications

• Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
• Education: No formal education required. However, prior experience in cleaning or heavy-duty cleaning tasks is an asset.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience, particularly in industrial, commercial, or construction settings, is preferred but not mandatory.
