Qualifications
- Languages Required: English
- Education: College diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Work Environment
- Location: Tasks are completed entirely on-site; remote work is not available.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee daily operational policies and procedures
- Supervise and manage staff performance
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and training sessions
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Create and implement marketing strategies and activities
- Organize maintenance schedules and ensure facility upkeep
- Address guest concerns and special requests
- Develop business plans and operational schedules
- Coordinate events and manage inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
