The Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Night Shift Pick-Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for delivery. This is a physically demanding but rewarding role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing customer orders as directed by the Pick-Pack Supervisor. Operating an RF Scanner on the SAP system to ensure accurate order processing. Meeting productivity targets by picking at least 30 lines per hour. Handling heavy lifting (up to 25kg+ per package). Working in chilled and frozen environments when necessary. Replenishing stock on shelves as required. Reporting any issues or damaged stock to the supervisor. Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace. Opportunity to operate forklifts (for certified candidates).
What Are We Looking For?
We seek individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and committed to excellence. Previous warehouse or pick-packing experience is beneficial, but not required. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. A team-oriented attitude, supporting colleagues when needed. The ability to meet and exceed productivity targets. ✔ Physical fitness to handle lifting and standing for extended periods. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Previous warehouse or pick-pack experience (preferred but not required). Forklift OSH certification and experience (a plus). SAP knowledge (advantageous but not mandatory). Excellent references from previous employers. Own reliable transport (public transport is not a viable option for this role).

Work Schedule & Shifts:
We are currently looking to fill three full-time positions on the Night Shift. The standard work schedule is:
📅 Sunday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM ⏳ Overtime may be required occasionally due to the nature of the role.
