Job Overview:for Nurse Aide Position

• Languages Required: English
• Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience Required: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Work Setting:

• Nursing home or care facility for the elderly
• Work Location: On-site (Remote work not available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bedpan handling and disposal
• Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
• Serve meals and assist patients with eating
• Help with patient lifting, positioning, and weight monitoring
• Transport patient specimens and messages between departments
• Make beds and ensure patient rooms are maintained
• Supervise and assist with patients’ physical exercises
• Maintain supply inventory
• Assist with patient bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Transport patients within the facility and to other care locations (using wheelchair or stretcher)
• Collect specimens as needed

Additional Information:

• Security Requirements: Basic security clearance and criminal record check
• Work Environment: Fast-paced, attention to detail required, includes sitting, standing, and walking
• Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
