About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Orchard Hand to join our Riverina Orchard team in a permanent capacity. This role offers the chance to work hands-on in a dynamic and growing farming operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct irrigation tasks and repair irrigation systems when needed.
• Operate machinery for tasks such as spraying, pruning, and harvesting (training/licensing required).
• Perform tree and ground maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of activities.
• Maintain farm tools, machinery, and equipment.

About You:

We are seeking someone with:

• Previous experience in irrigation (preferred, but not essential).
• A positive, proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to walnut farming operations.
• A current driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• The capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A commitment to a safety-first work culture.
• ChemCert certification or a willingness to obtain one.
