Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the accuracy of information on prescriptions.
• Maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
• Preparing medications for clients.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceutical products.
• Billing third-party insurers and processing claims (e.g., health insurance, workers’ compensation).
• Managing routine office functions, including reception, telephone handling, and booking appointments.
• Ordering supplies and equipment.
• Organizing and maintaining inventory.
