  • English proficiency is required for communication and site coordination.


🎓 Education & Experience

  • Education: No formal degree, diploma, or certification required

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year and less than 2 years in a relevant role


🏗️ Work Environment

You’ll be working on both residential and commercial sites, potentially at heights using scaffolding or swing stages. Projects will vary in location, offering dynamic and challenging work environments.


🛠️ Job Responsibilities

As a stucco plasterer, you’ll be expected to perform a range of skilled tasks, including:

  • Preparing surfaces by cleaning and leveling

  • Mixing plaster to the proper texture and consistency

  • Applying stucco and smoothing it over exterior building surfaces

  • Troweling or spraying coats to ensure a weatherproof finish

  • Creating ornamental and decorative finishes when required

  • Finishing edges, corners, and angles precisely

  • Spraying textured or acoustic materials on walls and ceilings

  • Molding and installing cornices, trims, and decorative panels

  • Ensuring newly plastered surfaces are properly cured


🔧 Physical & Work Conditions

  • Must be comfortable with physically demanding work

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

  • Work often requires balance and endurance on elevated platforms
