🎓 Education & Experience

Education: No formal degree, diploma, or certification required

Experience: Minimum 1 year and less than 2 years in a relevant role
🏗️ Work Environment
You’ll be working on both residential and commercial sites, potentially at heights using scaffolding or swing stages. Projects will vary in location, offering dynamic and challenging work environments.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
As a stucco plasterer, you’ll be expected to perform a range of skilled tasks, including:

Preparing surfaces by cleaning and leveling

Mixing plaster to the proper texture and consistency
-
Applying stucco and smoothing it over exterior building surfaces
-
Troweling or spraying coats to ensure a weatherproof finish
-
Creating ornamental and decorative finishes when required

Finishing edges, corners, and angles precisely
-
Spraying textured or acoustic materials on walls and ceilings
-
Molding and installing cornices, trims, and decorative panels
-
Ensuring newly plastered surfaces are properly cured
🔧 Physical & Work Conditions

Must be comfortable with physically demanding work

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

Work often requires balance and endurance on elevated platforms
